What are "Twidley Bits" you might ask? Put simply, they're "the extras that make life's moments extraordinary!" They're what make breakfast worth waking up for, entertaining a breeze, a cheese plate accessible to all diners, and eating just plain fun!

Twidley Bits is the labor of love of former chocolatier and French Pastry School alumna, Lauren Ocello. While, the world of fancy chocolates and beautiful pastries drew her in, her passion has always been in the simple, the accessible and the delicious.

We take the best the seasons have to offer and turn them into scrumptious jams, fruit butters, pickles and plant-based cheeses that you and your loved ones can enjoy all year long. We help you put breakfast on the table, snacks on the buffet, and treats in everyone's tummies that we all can feel good about. You have enough to worry about, let us take care of the little delights. The Twidley Bits!
